Gîte Les Hirondelles

Bed linen and towels, (except gloves), tea towels and towels are provided free of charge.

Your first breakfast is ready! Products present on arrival: milk, water, butter, coffee, chocolate, tea, jam, orange juice, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, rice, pasta... You will also find paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products. maintenance, for the washing machine and the dishwasher, which will allow you to start your stay (we do not provide them for the whole stay).

Les Hirondelles is a partner of the Tourist Office of Surgères "Aunis-Marais Poitevin" guaranteeing the good quality of this cottage (clean, equipped, checked). Covering an area of 115 m², it is classified 3 stars.
It is designed for 7 people (baby/s included) with:
on the 1st floor, three bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.80m x 2.00m (suite with private shower room), one with 2 single beds and the last with three single beds (including two superimposed), a bathroom, a toilet on the ground floor.

Common access to the owner and closed parking. Two private terraces, one of which faces south.

The swimming pool is heated (10 m X 5 m) from May to October depending on the weather. It is shared with the other gîte and the owners (13 people maximum), accessible from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (this beach can be extended) and cannot be privatized.

- board games, outdoor games, books.

- Animals cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Outside you benefit from the following amenities:
- Weber barbecue, garden furniture and parasols, access to the rose garden (for the Hirondelles gite) and to the large enclosed grounds of 5000 m².

distributor of fresh bread 2 minutes walk; small grocery store bread 3 km away (Saint Mard); hypermarket, supermarket and shops in Surgères (8 km).

If you are coming from the north of the region, take the A10 motorway, exit at Niort Sud and go to Surgères. In this city direction Saint-Jean d'Angély and after about 4 km turn right at St Mard and follow the direction Chervettes. After 4 km at the crossroads equipped with a Stop sign, turn left and the first on the right. It's at number 3, the first courtyard on your right.

By train: we can pick you up at Surgères (TGV station) or Rochefort.
