The entrance and the accommodation are independent. The ground floor is occupied occasionally.
Close to the Vosges and EXCELLENT GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION for exploring the region, visits, hikes.
The village is located in the center of Alsace, in the heart of the Christmas markets, between Colmar and Strasbourg, at the foot of the hills under the Vosges, crossed by the wine route and close to the main sites:
Haut-Kœnigsbourg castle 5 minutes away, Obernai and Mont Sainte-Odile 20 minutes away, Ribeauvillé 10 minutes away, Riquewhir and Kaysersberg 20 minutes away, (The favorite villages of the French people Bergheim 15 minutes away Eguisheim 30 minutes away.
In the village for people without a car, you have a bus line that makes regular shuttles to the town of SELESTAT.
During the day you also have a railway line where only a regional TER runs connecting SELESTAT, the villages of Piedmont (including BARR, OBERNAI etc.), ENTZHEIM / STRASBOURG Airport and STRASBOURG station approx. 3 to 4 times per day.
No other train crossings on the line and no crossings at night.
For EUROPA PARK you have a shuttle from Sélestat (inquire with the OT of Sélestat...
Bike paths are near the cottage, bikes are available free of charge under the full responsibility of the user.
Body of water 15 minutes away for swimming and Thalassotherapy 10 minutes from the cottage
Beautiful quiet house, bright, clean non-smoking accommodation, with a view of the vineyard and the Château de l'Ortenbourg.
The entrance to the cottage is independent as well as the accommodation, the kitchen is equipped open to the dining room, shower room, separate WC.

1 double bed 2m x 1.90 separable into 2 twin beds + 1 bed 1m x 1.90 m on the mezzanine
Shops in the village: bakery, grocer, butcher, banks, pharmacy.
