The land offers a large garden of 2000 m² with trees and landscaped, as well as a secure outdoor swimming pool (fence, anti-immersion cover), unheated. Pool opening depending on weather conditions. The pool is closed in May.
You will find available in the garden: volleyball net, badminton game, pétanque games, Mölkky, games for children.

The Pied Mulet site is located between LAND and SEA, since it brings you closer to Saintes (and its fortifications), Rochefort (and its Maritime Arsenal), La Rochelle (and its old Port), Fouras (and its summer entertainment), Oléron (and its wild beaches), but also between CAMPAGNE and MARAIS because it is on the outskirts of the City of the oyster.

Come and discover the islands of Oléron, Ré, Aix and Madame! You will then have the opportunity to taste the delicate dishes of our Charente region (oysters, pancakes, melons...).
