This house is located in a dead end street in the village of Arras-en-Lavedan, in a quiet area with panoramic views of the Pyrenees.
From this site, you can take numerous hikes and discover the village's artistic trail. Your walks will take you to "Au Kairn", a bookstore bar where you can eat and spend a pleasant time in the bookstore.
The village of Arras-en-Lavedan is located 5 minutes from the Argelès-Gazost animal park and 15 minutes from the Donjon des Aigles. Its privileged geographical location will allow you to discover the Val d'Azun, the Cauterets valley, but also the Luz-Saint-Sauveur valley.
These three valleys are very different and very beautiful with their hiking trails, their lakes and their majestic sites: Gavarnie cirque, Troumouse cirque, Lac d'Estaing, Lac de Gaube, Marcadau valley.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.

"Parfait pour les familles"
Gîte idéal pour une famille de 3 ou 4 personnes. Très cozy, bien décoré et bien équipé avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Le jardin est partagé avec des voisins charmants et discrets. Le gîte est situé aux croisements de plusieurs zones d'intérêts et à 5 minutes à pieds d'une petite boulangerie qui fait de délicieuses viennoiseries :) Merci encore à Aline pour son accueil chaleureux, tout a été parfait de A à Z. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
