Gite rural 12 pers

In our large 800 m² house, we have 2 adjoining but totally independent rentals: a COTTAGE for 12 people and a HOLIDAY HOME for 15 people.
Each part is rented separately.
COVID restriction Limit to 6 adults / lodgings by the Cantal prefecture

The location of Fromentou is located in Auvergne in the Cantal, in a small village "Peyrusse" of 27 inhabitants at an altitude of 950 m, 20 minutes from the A75 and 35 km from the ski resort of Lioran.

-- The GÎTE for 12 people is located in the barn part with its private terrace and its independent entrance.
For a capacity of 4 to 12 people maximum, children included. Limit to 6 adults and 6 children by the prefecture: COVID restriction
The cottage for 12 people consists of:
- a large room fitted with a fitted kitchen area, a living room with 3 sofa beds and a TV,
- 5 bedrooms under the roof:
• 3 bedrooms with a 140 bed with skylight,
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with skylight,
• 1 bedroom with 4 single beds with window
- 2 bathrooms,
- 3 toilets,
- an outdoor terrace with 2 picnic tables and an awning.

The 2 rentals are heated with central wood heating managed by the owner.
The 2 rentals are totally independent with each their own entrances, (but adjoining) There is just the meadow made available 200 meters from the building which is shared with the swing, slide.
