Designed on two levels of 90m², you have 6 beds on the ground floor and 7 on the 1st floor, as well as 2 large reception areas with 2 open kitchens.
Our newly renovated house with its 3 bedrooms on the ground floor is suitable for intergenerational stays, as well as holidays with friends and families with children. **You can easily get together as well as isolate yourself**.
A second external staircase gives you access to the sunny terrace of 30m².

"Séjour familial juillet 2023"
Vacances familiales à la hauteur de nos attentes. Maison très bien pensée, propre, accueillante et fonctionnelle. Nos petits enfants en parlent le mieux : "ce sont mes meilleures vacances avec Papilou et Mamilou !" (Augustin) et "la piscine et la plage, c'était génial !" (Marceau)

"Séjour à Noël à La Turballe"
Le gite est à proximité de la mer dans une zone calme. Il offre un confort appréciable; ses deux séjours permettent d'isoler les enfants turbulents (nous leur avons dédié le séjour de l'étage pour installer une grande zone de jeux). Rien à redire sur le confort; nous aurions seulement souhaité quelques accessoires dans la cuisine (mixer, théière,...).
Pour compléter, les gites sont en très bon état et sont d'une propreté impeccable. On recommande.
Pour internet et bien que la fibre soit installée et offre de très bonnes performances, nous avons, sur plusieurs appareils (même situés dans la pièce où se trouve la box) des ralentissements. Il s'agissait peut-être d'un problème temporaire.
Pour compléter, les gites sont en très bon état et sont d'une propreté impeccable. On recommande.
