With a living area of 45 m², it consists of a living room with dining area, kitchenette, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and on the ground floor a bedroom with a 140 bed, separate WC and bathroom. Upstairs a 2nd bedroom, with 2 beds in 80.
Outside are offered a wooded and fenced plot of 1500 m², a private swimming pool (dimensions 7m x 3.75m depth 1.10m) in safety standards.
The cottage is located 30 minutes from Cahors (46) and Montauban (82), 3/4 hour from Saint Cirq Lapopie and Cordes (81) and very close to the Aveyron gorges in St Antonin Noble val, where the There are many quality points of interest (canoeing, listed villages, hiking trails, etc.)
Ideally located 4 km from shops: supermarkets and local shops in CAUSSADE (82), once a hat-making centre.
