- 1 equipped kitchen (refrigerator + freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pressure cooker)
- Dining area (table and 4 chairs)
- Small bar with two stools.
- 1 TV room (1 + 2 seater pouf, 1 coffee table, 1 display cabinet, 1 TV unit, DVD player, floor lamp). The staircase to the first floor is in this room.
- 1 shower room - laundry room (shower, basin, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board, drying rack)
- 1 cupboard (vacuum cleaner, iron, 2 folding chairs)
- 1 WC

- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 1,60 x 2,00 m + 2 bedside tables with lamps + 1 small desk, chair + 1 rattan chair, cupboard closed by a curtain, 1 small vacuum cleaner.
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 0,90 x 1,90 m and 1 bed mezzanine 1.00 x 1.90 m (3 steps), + desk and stool, dresser, 2 rattan armchairs including 1 for children, rattan table not closed cupboard.
- 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin).
- 1 WC
• Outside:
- Gravelled parking, garden party in semi-enclosed porch with lawn (swing, slide).
- 1 garden furniture (1 table and 4 chairs and 2 chairs), 1 parasol, 1 barbecue.
