A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 (separable into two beds 2 x 80x200), flat screen TV lounge with 2 comfortable armchairs, equipped kitchen and living room, shower room and separate WC.
Located in a well-flowered and quiet garden with the owner, the cottage has a fully fenced terrace, to let your 4-legged friends run free.
You can relax on the sun loungers in the garden.
2 bikes and a baby trailer available free of charge.

"superbe gite pour 2 personnes"
tout est fonctionnel et très calme, un vrai dépaysement proche du centre bourg avec 2 très bonnes boulangeries ainsi qu'une excellente boucherie, comme nous n'en trouvons plus. Proche de Sully sur Loire & de la Sologne. Propriétaires très gentils & discrets. Avons passé presque 1 mois durant nos travaux de rénovation dans la région. Tarif vraiment très raisonnable & difficile de trouver mieux dans ces temps difficiles.
