This house of 270m² for 15 people classified 3 stars tourism, combines with charm the authenticity of the old and contemporary modernism and welcomes you in all seasons.
Completely renovated, the house has 5 bedrooms:
- on the ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bed 140x190n bathroom independent toilet
- on the 1st floor 4 bedrooms 20 to 30 m² with 3 to 4 beds, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom 3 toilets
On the ground floor, a kitchen open to a large dining room, a large living room with TV, a toilet, a shower room and a bedroom for 2.
On the first floor, 4 bedrooms, a living room (with TV, DVD player), 2 shower rooms with WC, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
All comfort with good insulation and electric heating. Terrace and fenced grounds, forest with chamois nearby.
Very touristic region. House close to the slopes, descents, snowshoeing in the forest of Risoux, lake with water activities, 2 golf 18 holes, many activities summer winter.
Near Switzerland, Lake Geneva, Geneva and Lausanne. Possible visit to the Lower Jura and its cellars.
In the Regional Natural Park of the Upper Jura, 3 minutes by car from the resort of Les Rousses, 8 minutes from the ski slopes and cross-country and snowshoeing for winter (free shuttles to get there).
In summer, close to Lake Rousses, swimming and water sports, archery, horse riding, golf, hiking and cycling.
Picking mushrooms, raspberries and blueberries in the beautiful forests of Jura. Beautiful natural sites (waterfalls, caves, lakes...)
The small train of the Cure will take you to Nyon (superb view on the Mont Blanc) and from there you take the boat for the visit of Yvoire medieval city.
Three quarters of an hour from the lower Jura and famous vineyards (Château -Chalon, Arbois...)
Shops and crafts in Les Rousses.
Many typical restaurants (yellow wine cuisine, raclettes, fondue and tartiflette...)
