It is an independent house, in the middle of rock gardens and oaks, on a fenced property.
It is 800 m from the village where you will find all the local shops and local products (fruit and vegetables and a peasant shop on the farm with the owners.
You have access to the large (covered) swimming pool at 800 m which is to be shared with another gîte and the guest rooms.
Easy to live, the gîte includes: an air-conditioned living room / kitchen area, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, a separate toilet, electric heating, baby cot on request.
All major tourist sites are nearby.
You can enjoy the pleasures of swimming on the LABEAUME, ARDÈCHE and CHASSEZAC rivers, 10 min.
You will be amazed by the gorges of the Ardèche, the Chauvet 2-ardèche cave and the many caves of L'Aven d'Orgnac, la Madeleine ...
If you like hiking, you will enjoy exploring the many hiking trails to explore this exceptional heritage; listed village… of Labeaume, Balazuc, hanging garden, dolmens.
