The house is fully furnished, spacious and comfortable and can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room, a veranda/dining room, a large kitchen, a shower/WC, and 2 large bedrooms. The first floor has 2 further bedrooms and a shower/WC. At the back of the house is a private outdoor dining area. There is a large heated swimming pool with a sun terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Our 25,000 m² site is located in a small hamlet 2.4 km from the village of Maché with excellent access to the surrounding countryside and the Atlantic coast. With stunning views of farmers fields and woods, our rural location offers plenty of open space and fresh air. In our local village there is a small bar, a superb bakery and a well-stocked convenience store. Nearby are picturesque villages, larger towns with weekly markets and many historical places of interest. For nature lovers and birdwatchers in particular, the opportunities are endless with the countryside teeming with life. Quiet country lanes and dedicated cycle paths make our area ideal for walking or a more serious workout. For triathletes, the largest body of open water in the Vendée (170 hectares) is on our doorstep.
Also close at hand are the glorious, wide, sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. On a typical summer day our nearest beach at St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is a 30 minute drive away.

Uscire dalla D984 all'incrocio con la D40. Prendere la D40 in direzione di Maché. Nel centro di Maché svoltare a destra, tra la Boulangerie e i parrucchieri. Seguire la strada a destra e dopo circa 1 km svoltare a destra in direzione Le Fougerais e La Petite Guyonniere. La proprietà è la seconda a sinistra entrando in La Petite Guyonniere.
