In the middle of the garden of our property, wedged between the orchard, the horses, the valley, and the beach 500 meters away, our new ecological gîte Le Jardin de Martin is furnished in a zen and vintage spirit.

All in wood, lit with large windows facing south on the garden, this little corner of serenity is ideal for resting, escaping or working...

Designed as a Tiny House, it is an atypical and warm place, semi-passive and isolated from the waves.

Our cottage is in the heart of the bay of Saint Brieuc in the Côtes-d'Armor, in Plérin, 500 meters from Martin Plage, a small cove for recreational fishermen and shore fishermen.

It is also on the edge of the GR34 which you can reach in 2 minutes to go towards Pointe du Roselier in the hollow of the Bay, or towards Les Rosaires, the beaches of Pordic, Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux.

It is also planted facing the preserved and wooded Argantel Valley.

Martin Plage Beach has a small bar and paddleboard, buoy or kayak rentals are possible in the summer season.
On the Pointe du Roselier side, you can try a paraglider departure.
On the Rosaires beach side you will find restaurants, wine bar with planchas or creperie.

Saint Laurent de la Mer, 2.5 km away, offers a market on Tuesdays with market gardener and organic butcher. Sunday sale of fresh oysters on the square. Small shops are open there all week.

The center of Plérin, 4 km away, is busy with several supermarkets, an organic cooperative, various shops and opens a large market on Sundays.

Saint Brieuc train station is 10 minutes by car. The RN12 is 5 minutes away.

The municipalities of Binic, Saint Quay Portrieux, Plouha... offer beautiful walks in perspective with a wide variety of seaside landscapes for kayaking, fishing on foot or hiking...
