Character house in a renovated stone barn of 66 m² on 2 levels with a covered terrace of 25 m², fully equipped, at the crossroads of Ardèche, Lozère and Haute-Loire.

- a large living room of 35 m² with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, conventional oven and microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue set, crockery ...), a large table for entertaining, TV
- a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 with wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine + separate WC
- upstairs, a large dormitory with a double bed 140x200 and a sofa bed for 2 people 140x190
- a covered terrace of 25 m² with outdoor furniture and plancha for convivial meals
The necessary for the reception of a baby is also available (cot, high chair, stroller)

"Au top !"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (5 pers.) au cocon de bois.
Gîte très agréable, bien aménagé, bien équipé.
Dortoir /mezzanine parfait comme étage pour les enfants.
Propreté impeccable.
Assez proche du lac pour les activités tout en profitant du calme d'un petit village.
Et surtout des hôtes au top, très accueillants, prévenants, des perles.
Nous recommandons fortement ! 😊

Très jolie gîte avec une terrasse agréable et spacieuse
L’intérieur et très propre et chaleureux , dépaysement optimum. Très bien pour se ressourcer et se déconnecter du travail
Les hôtes sont agréable et chaleureux , accueil de qualité avec petit rafraîchissement en arrivant.
Saint Étienne du Vigan par sa géographie est proche de nombreux sites touristiques et naturels le gîte et donc placé parfaitement pour profiter au mieux des vacances avec les enfants

Nous avons passer un séjour fin décembre - un super accueil des hôtes, disponibles, adorables et serviables.
Concernant le gîte en lui même - très confortable, chaleureux, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et niveau propreté rien à dire c’est niquel.
