Comfortable cottage for 2 to 4 people including:
- a living room with fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery for 4 people, etc.); a sofa bed, a television, a rocking chair, a pedestal fan
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, dressing room; extra bed possible.
- a bathroom to PMR standards with washbasin, Italian shower, WC, washing machine, dryer
Also equipped with an iron and an ironing board, a dryer, broom, vacuum cleaner...
Bed linen provided, possibility of renting towels (10 € the pack for 2 people).
Wooden terrace, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, garden shed, lawn, private parking, totally independent gite.
Located in the countryside, close to all shops and local producers; near the thermal baths of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (7 min), between Valenciennes (20 min) and Lille (40 min), near the Belgian border (500m), 20 min from Tournai, near the Pasino de Saint -Amand, cinema, swimming pool, bowling, Caval'kid and restaurants.
Ideally located for walks or bike rides.
