Cottage ALL INCLUSIVE, it will delight young and old, perfect for couples, solo travelers, families with children, spa or sports!

On the ground floor: independent entrance, dressing area and laundry.
1st floor: a large and very bright living room in a modern and warm atmosphere including a lounge area with a stove (wood included), a dining area, an open kitchen, a connected office space (WiFi, bluetooth speakers), a sofa bed of 140 with a bed of quality, a bathroom, a separate toilet, 1 room with a bed of 160.
Outside you will enjoy a garden area with table and chairs, sunbathing enjoying an unobstructed view of the surrounding puys, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Many hobbies: cogwheel train for the climb to the Puy de Dôme, hiking, running (trail), paragliding, Royatonic Thermoludique Center in Royat, theme park and entertainment Vulcania and Lemptegy in Saint-Ours, several lakes for swimming, water sports (lake Aydat with its sailing school) and walks, visit castles (Murol, Pontgibaud), golf course in Charade or Orcines, cross-country skiing in Pessade (17 km) and ski descent to Super-Besse (41.2 km) and Mont-Dore (34 km).
