Owners of this family home for more than a century, the La Fontanelle gîte has been entirely designed and renovated by us to satisfy you.

Former winegrower's house on the heights, enjoying an exceptional view, come and relax as a couple in this green setting for a weekend, a few days or a week-long stay.

Ideally located, you can take the opportunity to discover this pretty corner of Aveyron where you will be spoiled for choice between cultural, gastronomic, leisure or sports activities (hiking possible from the gîte). It is also very close to Rodez (Soulages Museum), Conques (St Jacques de Compostela), Salles-la-Source and its famous waterfall, Marcillac-Vallon (and its wine), Lake Pareloup and natural sites such as the Gorges du Tarn or Montpellier-le-Vieux.

A chic country style was chosen for the living room-kitchen, another floral and trendy for the bedroom with shower room area and a breathtaking view of the valley and the vineyards of Marcillac.

A green space on a private terrace will allow you to have lunch outside and rest on the 2 deck chairs provided for this purpose.

Access to the cottage is completely independent.
It's made of :
• on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen with separate WC: sofa, flat screen TV, round table and chairs, an integrated kitchen with induction hob, extractor, oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…
• on the 1st floor: a large, very bright bedroom with 2 windows with double orientation: King Size bed, coffee table and vintage armchair, chest of drawers, clothes rack, shower room: washbasin and illuminating mirror, vanity unit, shower cubicle with sliding doors, towel rails.
• outside: a large terrace with a table and 2 chairs, a standing parasol and 2 deck chairs to enjoy the view of the Vallon de Marcillac at any time.

Terms of cancelation
Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date

Any cancellation must be notified to the lessor in writing (email or post) as soon as possible.

• if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days (date of receipt by the owner) before the rental date:
- the deposit paid will always be considered due and worth the rental price
- the balance of the amount of the stay will remain due (to be paid)

• if the contract is terminated more than three months before the start of the rental:
- the deposit will be refunded to the tenant as soon as possible and the balance if already paid

• in the event of termination of the contract by one or other of the parties within three months preceding the date planned for occupation of the premises, the following provisions are adopted:
- the deposit will not be refunded. However, it may be returned if the furnished accommodation could be re-rented for the same period and at the same price.
- if it is the owner who denounces the agreement, he will reimburse the amount of the deposit without prejudice to article 1590 of the Civil Code.

• the tenant must report any delay on the scheduled arrival date (by email or post).
If a delay of more than 4 days has not been reported by the tenant, the rental will be canceled, the owner will have the right to try to re-rent the accommodation, while retaining the deposit and the balance of the rental paid..

In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, not falling under force majeure, no refund will be made, apart from the security deposit. Force majeure is recognized if the tenant has a serious reason making it impossible for the rental to proceed in full. In this case, the owner can refund the sums already paid, corresponding to the proportion of the occupancy period not completed.

"Un joli coin de paradis"
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! Dans un cadre magnifique et très reposant. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques. La décoration du gîte super joli et fonctionnel. Nous avons fait de belles balades dans les villages aux alentours et bien goûté à la gastronomie Aveyronnaise. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de passer une bonne semaine. A recommander absolument !

"Cadre et hôtes agréables et sympathiques"
Logement impeccable. Site magnifique avec de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées ou de balades sympathiques… et de belles possibilités pour se régaler avec les spécialités locales (fromages, vin, charcuterie, aligot, etc.). Je garde un excellent souvenir de cette semaine passée trop vite. J'ai hâte de pouvoir y revenir.
