Gîte "La Butte en Vigne"

In the center of Nièvre, close to the Nivernais Canal (5 km), in a green setting with a view of the Morvan, close to municipal ponds for fishing and swimming (supervised in summer), numerous mountain bike and hiking or hiking trails. fishing.

We have created this comfortable 2-room duplex gîte, located in one half of the old barn:

• on the ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, mixed coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher (washing machine in the basement), lounge area with single sofa bed, television and WiFi
• upstairs: large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC, and available for baby: bed, playpen and high chair.

Linens and sheets provided (beds are made on arrival).

Private parking for your vehicle, and a closed shed for your bicycles or fishing rods (free fishing license for the municipal pond)

For your relaxation and comfort, you have 2 private terraces, a small shaded one in front of the house ideal for breakfast, and in front of the green space a large one for a quiet evening.
You can freely access the garden and a vast green space with its games area for children, a table and deckchairs are at your disposal for relaxing, tanning, or reading

your favorite animal, be careful this green space is not completely fenced.
