Very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso, coffee maker with pitcher, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven, steamer, soup blender, etc.
Large closed and air-conditioned veranda.
The cottage is 1 km from the village.
Spirou Park and Water Park 15 km away.
This cottage is equipped with every comfort, not overlooked, it is also equipped with a baby bed and a high chair, changing mat, a stroller, etc.
Tenants will have a garage (CLOSED) for one car, it is also possible to put a motorbike, bicycle, stroller there, etc.
The swimming pool is secured by a fence (it is not overlooked), it is exclusively reserved for the tenants of the gîte (There is only one gîte on the property)
A ping-pong table will be at your disposal.
The villa is 1 km from the village on foot where you will find: bakery, grocery store, 1 restaurant, 1 pizzeria, doctor, nurses, etc.
You will be 15 km from the business park, SPIROU, GORDES, L'ISLE-SUR-LA-SORGUE, FONTAINE-DE-VAUCLUSE, AVIGNON, VAISON-LA-ROMAINE, LE VENTOUX.
For walkers leaving from the gîte you can take very beautiful hikes there.
Departing from the gîte, for cyclists… (Mont Ventoux 30 km, Murs 25 km, Sault 30 km).
I haven't forgotten the bikers, there are many walks to take.
The cottage has a secure shelter for motorcycles, cars, bicycles, etc.

"Séjour"
Séjour dans une belle région, et belles prestations pour cette location, petit bémol manque la climatisation dans les chambres, propriétaire accueillante et très discrète, néanmoins séjour gâcher par l'environnement très bruyant (route très passante au sortir du village, sans oublier les aboiements incessants des chiens aux alentours de jour comme de nuit !moto cross dans une propriété avoisinante,bref très difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions !
