Registered with the St Laurent Tourist Office, it is an independent furnished gîte of 48m² + 22m² terrace, located in a Catalan house and entirely non-smoking. Neither luxurious, historic or full of character, it is a family gîte full of charm, calm, pleasant, air-conditioned, ideal for rest, appreciated by holidaymakers for 20 years. It has been completely renovated since 2020 and is committed to an eco-responsible approach. Close to shops, beaches, the Pyrenees, tourist sites and attractions for children and adults. A greenway joins Saint-Laurent to Barcarès beach.
The Gîte Josée&Phil is very well equipped: air conditioning, TNT television, Wi-Fi, baby bed and chair, washing machine, etc.). Living room with bay window, extendable table and convertible sofa. Kitchen area with induction hob, mobile plancha, refrigerated cabinet and various household appliances.
For the night, two attic rooms: master bedroom "La Catalane" with 140cm bed and a baby bed, and "L'Occitane" with 2 90cm beds and an extra folding bed. Bathroom with shower and sanitary facilities.
Private furnished terrace of 22m² with awning, 2 deck chairs and barbecue. Apart from mattress pads and protections, linens are not provided. Maintenance products provided (labeled or recognized Ecolabel).

Gîte confortable, le nécessaire est présent environnement calme malgré le fait d'être en ville

(la note de la wifi n'est pas à prendre en compte car pb technique indépendant au propriétaire)
Propriétaire très agréable et avenant, Philippe est une personne très sympathique, qui prend soin de ses locataires.

"Parfait"
Gite très bien entretenu avec une terrasse spacieuse ; situé à proximité des sites touristiques et de la mer. Propriétaires très accueillants, très disponibles et bienveillants.

"Gîte familiale parfait +++"
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte. Nous sommes partis avec le coeur gros. Des hôtes accueillants disponibles, Apt très propre. Très belle région. Tout est parfait pour passer un séjour avec sa petite famille. Encore merci Josée & Phil.

"Séjour en famille"
Philippe et Josee propose un gîte très confortable et très bien équipé. La terrasse est un plus qui permet de manger ou profiter du soleil. nous avons passé un super séjour avec mon mari et mes trois enfants. nous avons reçu un super accueil ,Philippe et josee sont aux petits soins. nous gardons un super souvenir et reviendrons dans ce gîte si nous revenons dans la région.

Vous pourrez profiter d'une habitation très bien équipée comme à la maison et d'une terrasse équipée d'un grand store et d'un vrai barbecue.

Gîte très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables. J'y suis allée avec mes petites filles l'été dernier. Je recommande.
