I come to offer you for rent my pretty independent cottage in an enclosed garden and quiet despite its privileged location in the megalithic sector (about 200 m by the sunken road). possible telecommuting.
You will be able to do all your shopping on foot.
The sea will be a few minutes away by car or by the paths or by bike!
New service: on request bicycle rental at a preferential rate and delivered free of charge to the gîte.
Now the interior and exterior description of the house:
Large tiled terrace facing south and west, furnished and equipped (barbecue + garden furniture with deckchairs to relax: in the shade of fruit trees!)
Interior: fitted and equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with internet… + 1 bedroom + 1 shower room + 1 separate toilet.
You also have a garage and 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and various storage spaces.
Floor: 1 beautiful paneled change (bedding in 140) + 1 bedroom (2 beds in 90) + 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet
The cottage is located in an area rich in monuments and best known for its pretty sandy beaches, the typical small port of Etel and its ria, the island of St Cado...
The advantages of being 2 steps from Carnac and Quiberon without the disadvantages of the crowds...and its small creperie run by me nearby with a terrace under the trees service continues in summer...(creperie prat en bras on google)
