In a rural setting, this cottage has all the charm seduce nature lovers and bird lovers. Stay in a building recently renovated with character, furnished with care and has lots of charm. Designed for a stay with family or friends, you will find a beautiful living space comfortable and warm relaxing and friendly.
Our cottage is located in a vast agricultural quiet and wooded (260 acres), between Puisaye and Gatinais in the Loiret, between Gien and Montargis, 130 km from Paris on the banks of the River Loing and near the channel Briare. Briare Canal connects the Seine to the Rhone by the side channel of the Loire. Our cottage is located between Châtillon-Coligny and Montbouy on the banks of the Loing. It is located 20 km from Montargis (Little Venice Gâtinais) and 20 km from Gien on the Loire.
You will find all the amenities in our nice little town 5 minutes drive from the cottage. A bus from Paris also stops Montbouy, the cottage is located 2 km from the bus stop. The highway and the railway station from Paris is 10 minutes away (Nogent sur Vernisson). The township is crossed by the Paris-Nevers. So you can enjoy this beautiful area conducive to tourism.

After leaving Châtillon-Coligny (about 3 km), 200 meters after a large avenue of trees, take direction Mousseaux on your left
At the end of the road, turn left along the wall of our property.
Follow the wall to the entrance to the property.
