4 people can be accommodated in this building entirely rehabilitated to nine which preserved its countryside character with visible beams.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160 bed for a couple and another bedroom with 2 beds of 0.90 convertible into a large double bed of 180. A spacious bathroom (bath + shower) and a toilet.
The ground floor has a toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a large living space with large and beautiful kitchen with large worktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob. , small appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, blender, iron) dishes and pots. In the center of the room the country table allowing 6 people to eat then in front of the bay window a lounge area with sofas and large screen.
The terrace overlooking the woods offers sunshine and calm. Barbecue, children's and adult games are available. You have an enclosed garden and parking.
Non-smoking gîte.
On a 2 hectare property, surrounded by orchards and forest, near the Château de Charbonnière, you are less than 5 km from the Loire, UNESCO heritage, and the Orleans canal.
Bus and tram allow you to go to the heart of the metropolis without a car.
Lots of shops in Saint-Jean-de-Braye including local and organic producers. Sunday morning market.

"Calme, confort, convivialité"
Un accueil simple et familial, la proximité du tramway pour visiter Orléans, l'équipement complet font de ce gîte un endroit idéal pour y passer quelques jours (ou plus). Par ailleurs nous ne pouvons qu'être admiratifs devant le travail accompli pour rénover cet ancien bâtiment. Un conseil : si vous en avez l'occasion, goûtez ou plutôt dégustez la magnifique paella préparée par Martine (mais il existe d'autres plats qui doivent être tout aussi bons !) Un grand bravo.

J'ai beaucoup appréciéé le lieu une trés belle surprise. les propriétaires sont chaleureux et sympathiques. Calme ressourçant. petite cadeau de bienvenue. Idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants. Attention aux escaliers si jamais vous avez des tout petits il n y a pas de barrieres de sécurites. je n'ai pas eu l 'occasion de gouter les petits plats préparés à la demande en les réservant donc je reviendrai avec plaisir. Je n'ai qu un mot faites comme moi venez découvrir ce charmant lieu.

"Séjour de 2 jours"
Gîte très agréable, bien équipé, et refait à neuf. A la campagne, donc très calme. Les hôtes sont des anges et à l'écoute. Une très bonne adresse pour séjourner dans la Loire et prendre le temps de visiter Orléans et les alentours.

"Gîte parfait pour se ressourcer"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte en pleine nature qui permet d'être au calme et de se ressourcer tout en étant très bien placé car de nombreuses possibilités de visites et promenades à proximité. Les propriétaires du gîte sont très sympathiques et vous réserveront un accueil très chaleureux. On se sent comme à la maison ! Nous recommandons cet endroit
