Hiking trailsTempted by a quiet stay in the countryside: Ideally located in Amange (39700), a village near Dole, nestled at the foot of the Serre forest, this 80 m² apartment in a terraced house will provide you with all the comfort you need to spend a pleasant stay where you will be surprised by its calm.
Living room with view of the Serre forest, direct access to the private terrace and garden.
Accommodation classified as furnished 3-star tourist accommodation consists of:
• on the ground floor
* an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a Senséo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle. Some convivial appliances are available (raclette, fondue)
* lounge area with TV and dining room, free Wifi
* Independent WC, laundry room with washing machine
• upstairs :
* two bedrooms: one with 2 80x200 beds that can offer a 160x200 bedding and the other with 2 90x190 beds with duvets and 2 pillows 60x60 / pers, sheets: 1 set provided for the stay; if necessary additional game: 10 € / bed).
Beds made on arrival but towels not provided (rental possible: €7 per kit).

Very easy to access, geographical location: close to Dole and about 10 minutes from the Dole Nord exit of the A36 motorway (Authume)
The village of Amange is located at the foot of the Serre massif, near Dole, a tourist town with its walks along the canal, its museum... etc., near the forest of Chaux (bike rides, hiking). Many hiking trails are nearby. EuroVelo 6 is also only a few kilometers away. Great opportunities for mountain biking in the Serre forest or the surrounding area.
The Isis aquapark is a few kilometers away (Dole).
Also close to cities like Besançon or Dijon, Arc-et-Senans (les Salines).
Local shops: a bakery in Rochefort sur Nenon (5 km), Epenottes shopping center 10 min away (Dole).

Autonomous arrival possible (key box: the code will only be given if receipt of the deposit before arrival.)
Suitable for people on the move both personally and professionally
Suitable for children under 12, suitable for babies. Capacity 4 people (babies under 2 years old are not counted in this number)
Non-smoking accommodation, ashtrays are available outside.

"gîte très agréable"
L'accueil a été très agréable, le gite est spacieux, bien équipé, tranquille, très propre et agréable. C'est bien situé pour faire du tourisme, du vélo. Malgré la grosse chaleur cette année, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Concernant le matelas, je suis désolée qu'il ne vous ait pas convenu... C'est en effet un avis très personnel. Ce sont des matelas neufs dont l'achat date de mai 2021. Marque EBAC Mélior II mousse HR 35kg/m3, accueil moelleux, confort ferme.

Accueillis en "urgence" suite à un problème avec le gîte où nous devions initialement séjourner, la propriétaire a été très réactive et arrangeante. Je profite d'ailleurs de ce commentaire pour l'en remercier encore.
Nous avons découvert un gîte moderne et cosy, aménagé avec goût.
Le gîte est également extrêmement bien équipé, ce qui est très appréciable et facilite la vie quotidienne, y compris avec de jeunes enfants/bébés, et la propreté ainsi que l'hygiène sont irréprochables !
L'environnement paisible et l'agréable jardin avec vue sur le massif de la Serre permettent de se ressourcer.
La propriétaire a même eu la délicate attention de mettre une bière locale et du jus de fruit au frais.
Le gîte des Riottes est une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre petite fille de 15 ans qui s'y est bcp plu, la déco est simple que nous avons aimé, le gîte est propre tout y est pour y séjourner, belles ballades dans la région, la propriétaire est très accueillante , le beau temps et la chaleur étaient au rdv semaine super

Nous avons été voir le loup garou : prévoir qd même de bonnes chaussures.
