I offer you an authentic 19th century Minerva house, 140 m² on 2 floors for 4 people (not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility, due to climbing stairs).
The cottage is located in a peaceful village in the heart of the Minervois with shops and a charming environment: a beautiful lake 3 km away with a leisure base, hiking trails to discover a small river, vineyards and many tourist sites: the Cathar City of Minerve, the Canal du Midi, the giant abyss of Cabrespine, caves or the famous city of Carcassonne (30 min by car)… The sea is less than an hour away.
The cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher) opening onto the living room and lounge (TNT TV), 2 large bedrooms with small lounge area, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace.
Free parking nearby.
Pets accepted free of charge.
Household linen included
Cleaning: 60 €
No WiFi on site.
Rental only summer because no heating.
July: €500 / week – August: €550 / week – September: €500 / week.
Possibility of shorter stay.

"Charme et confort"
Une belle maison, décorée avec goût, au cœur d'un village calme, alliant le charme de l'ancien tout en offrant de beaux espaces et le confort nécessaire.
De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de deux semaines dans ce bel endroit.
