In the center of town, close to shops and restaurants, the cottage Nieultière is a pleasant house of the nineteenth century renovated in 2018.
With an area of 85 m², it consists, on the ground floor: a large living room-dining room, a kitchen opening onto the terrace, a bathroom and a shower room. WC; and on the floor: of a first room (bed of 140x190) and a second room (160x200) with room of water and adjacent WC.
The house, which has no Wifi, has a TNT TV and also a receiver Chromecast ® to synchronize with your mobile. The reception on the 4G network is excellent on Orange and Free (relay antenna 0.8 km), a little worse on Bouygues and SFR (3.3 km).
Dogs are not allowed in the house.
They have their own cottage on the fenced terrace: a large niche with awning.
A large public parking is at your disposal in front of the house.
You can enjoy the large beach Veillon Talmont St Hilaire (20 min) or Sables d'Olonne (30 min) and spend a day at the park Puy du Fou (50 min).
