This new house, independent, single-storey, spacious and bright, brings you the ideal comfort for holidays with friends, family or business trips.
The countryside environment is conducive to relaxation, outdoor activities and many visits to this area rich in heritage, museums, zoo, playground ...
A relaxation area - games offers foosball, billiards, ping-pong table and board games.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, large table, plancha, to make the most of the outside during the day and evening.
In summer, you have access to the pool, at the back of the house, 10 x 5 m with a diving pit of 1.80 m, secured with the cover of an electric curtain. The deckchairs, buoys and the aquabike are at your disposal, as well as outdoor games for children.
The cottage is fully fenced and independent of the owners house.
A shelter completes the parkings of the courtyard closed by an electric gate.
Special attention is paid to the environment: choice of materials, cleaning products, biodiversity, aromatic plants, sorting and composting ...
A large modern living space of 60 m² with large windows overlooking the terraces, and a fully equipped open kitchen, brings you all the necessary comfort.

"Tout simplement magnifique !"
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans le gîte de la manoniere de Mireille et Pierre Rousset. Si vous cherchez un cadre idyllique au cœur de la nature et de l'Isère vous êtes au bon endroit 👍
Le gîte est spacieux, confortable, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Tout était parfait, de la propreté des lieux à la qualité de la literie. La piscine était idéale pour se rafraîchir avec des bouées et jeux aquatiques.
Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et toujours disponibles pour vous conseiller sur les activités à faire dans la région, les bonnes adresses. Nous garderons aussi un bon souvenir des moments conviviaux 😉
En résumé nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous avons profité pleinement de ce havre de paix. Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement ce gîte à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu de vacances reposant, authentique et convivial en Isère. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! 😊 A très vite en Isère ou chez nous dans le nord 😅

Nous recommandons ce gîte rien ne manque accueil très chaleureux surtout ne changez rien nous avons passé un superbe week-end entre amis malgré le temps pluvieux bonne continuation prenez soins de vous
