Adjoining the house we offer for rent the gîte "Squirrel" (sleeps 4).
Real little wooden chalet of about 50 m², you will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, plancha ...) as well as a private wooden terrace not overlooked with the rest. of the House.
Upstairs, under the wooden frame, the cozy living / night space includes a dividing wall with a 160 bed on one side and two 80 x 190 beds on the other (new bedding).
You also have a bathroom / WC with bathtub, WiFi, flat screen TV.
The heated swimming pool is freely accessible and to be shared with the other guests of the house.

To relax and have fun you will find in the park: petanque, trampoline, table tennis, badminton and other games.
5 minutes from the house, the lake of Aiguebelette (beaches, paddle, pedal boats, canoes ...) and the massif of the Charterhouse, the starting point for many hikes.
You are 20 minutes from Chambéry and Aix Les Bains and 40 minutes from Annecy.

In season there are many restaurants around the lake. Note that we also offer the table d'hôtes in the evening. (full menu € 35 / person and € 15 / child under 12) upon reservation 24 hours in advance.

Pets are not accepted and the cottage is non-smoking.
The price includes bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of the rental.
