This small, bright house has a comfortably equipped kitchen, opening onto a living room and a bedroom, both opening onto a south-facing balcony.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower.
This home has been completely renovated (efficient insulation) and decorated to become a cozy, welcoming and very cozy little nest.
The exteriors will allow you to enjoy a small terrace adjoining the kitchen with garden furniture and barbecue, for enjoying aperitifs and meals.
A small path will lead to a larger space out of sight, in order to enjoy, in deckchairs, the panoramic view of the nearby lake, the Sancy ridges and the superb Chaudefour valley.
Not forgetting the private parking adjoining the house for parking two vehicles.
Small shops and restaurants also just a few steps away will allow you to reconnect with civilization!
