Gîte de Calzac Moulin

Stéfanie and Eddy are waiting for you for a week of relaxation in our gite located near Vannes, in Theix-Noyalo, a town in the Gulf of Morbihan.

We suggest you stay in a house with an equipped kitchen/living room, and 3 bedrooms decorated on very different themes:
• on the ground floor: Lochrist is furnished in a “factory” spirit: steel cloakroom, desk lamps and workbench set the tone. It is fitted out to make life easier for people with reduced mobility, parents who have a baby (free loan of a kit), pregnant women, etc. It is a 28 m² bedroom, bathroom with large shower Italian, double basins and independent WC; it has a private, furnished terrace facing west.

Upstairs with access by stone spiral staircase:
• Locmariaquer, with its seaside decoration at the beginning of the last century (deckchairs, shutters, turtle shell, etc.), will gently accompany you to the land of dreams. It is 28 m², bathroom with bath and shower, single sink and separate WC. 1 adult bed 180x200. 1 trundle sofaintended to accommodate child up to 16 years old.

• The Val sans Retour is inspired by the forest, the stone and the lands of Brittany: the forest of Brocéliande, Carnac and its alignments, Huelgoat and its waterfall of giant rocks, for the most famous sites, but Brittany is full of magical places, the list will never be exhaustive... You can also relax outside on the terrace located in the oak tree, after having valiantly crossed a few meters above the void. It is a 24 m² bedroom, bathroom with double shower, separate WC.

For your safety and peace of mind, all rooms are equipped with a safe, a coffee machine, a kettle, a hairdryer and a mini-bar. The bedding is 180x200.

The rental price includes bed linen (duvet cover, bottom sheet and 2 pillowcases).
The bathroom linen is not included in the rental but can be rented directly on site.

In order to save you from buying or bringing everything you need to cook or maintain the house, we provide a certain number of basic products free of charge for the FIRST DAYS.

Thank you simply to buy a new equivalent article when the previous one is finished or at least to warn us at the time of departure.
Food: Salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee filters, tea, household paper, toilet paper... Cleaning products: dishwashing product, cleaning product, for the toilets, sponge, some garbage bags.

Following numerous abuses, end-of-stay cleaning has become compulsory (80 euros) and includes the cleaning of the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, the living room (except the stove) but NOT the cleaning of the kitchen (furniture , tables, plans, sink, crockery, ovens, etc.) which must be left clean and tidy.

For summer 2023, the Lochrist and Locmariquer rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning; each can be rented for 10 euros/night.

On free loan and for your leisure, we offer books of all kinds (detectives, dramas, comedy, tourism, etc.) as well as some board games that you will find available in the living room, leaflets on the region, a number of Wi-Fi.

The house has 4 terraces differently oriented and equipped with garden furniture, 1 charcoal Weber barbecue and parasols.
