In a dead end near the Sauldre, close to the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to live for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or even for one or more professionals on a mission in the region.
Ideal for 2 people but possible for 4, "Chez Santia" is labeled "Meublé de tourisme" 2 *.
The cottage "Chez Santia" consists of a living room, a bedroom area with a 160x190 bed (designed to be separated into two 80x190 beds on request), a shower room, separate toilets and a closet.
Through the French window of the living room you will have access to a terrace and you can admire the view of the Sauldre. It will also be possible to enjoy the enclosed garden of Karine and Fabrice, complete with games for children (slide, swing, trampoline, etc.), a henhouse and a small vegetable garden in season.
Karine and Fabrice provide you with free baby equipment, a box of board games, a barbecue, a raclette machine, a stone grill, bicycles and on request, you can have access to a locked garage for your children. hunting, riding or even for your motorbike or your bikes.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook (salt-pepper-oil-vinegar) as well as washing up liquid and hand soap. In the bathroom shower gel and shampoo are at your disposal.
Cleaning is included at the end of the rental, but you will find a vacuum cleaner, a broom and cleaning products if you wish to maintain the cottage during your stay.
Breakfast is not included. On the other hand coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, and butter (in individual portions) will be at your disposal in the kitchen area.
The bakery and grocery store are a 2-minute walk from the cottage.
The lodging "Chez Santia", by its proximity to the Sauldre, is surrounded by ducks, two faithful geese, herons… and our cats and chickens. This is the reason why we accept animals provided that their presence is compatible with the environment of the cottage.

Nous y avons passés une très agréable semaine. Un bel emplacement calme et paisible. Un point de chute idéal pour découvrir cette belle région qui est la Sologne. Nos hôtes: Karine, Fabrice, Lola étaient aux petit soins pour nous. Merci.
