Located on the heights of Orbey, at an altitude of 800 meters, the house is surrounded by greenery.
Nestled in a clearing, this haven of peace is nevertheless close to all amenities, accessible within five minutes by car.
The house is composed of 3 floors:
Ground floor: large party room with kitchenette, shower and separate WC.
The house is located on private land of approximately 2.5 ha and can accommodate up to 9 people, on 3 floors.
• 1st floor: level access, large party room with kitchenette, shower and separate WC, laundry room with washing machine.
• 2nd floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, toaster…), dining room, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bathroom. bath with tub, separate WC.
• 3rd floor: living room with TV, 4 beds 90 cm + 1 extra bed.
For babies and children: cot and baby bath, high chair, deckchair.
Outside: garden furniture and barbecue, ping-pong table, swing set, basketball hoop ...
Summer and winter, many walks are accessible from the house, on foot or by bike.
During school holidays, the house is only rented by the week.
Possibility of weekends from 3 nights of these periods from 380 €.
In agreement with the owners, animals are welcome for a participation of 35 €
