The cottage is nestled in lush greenery overlooking the garden and the small river.
You will be lulled by the singing of birds. The concert is successful!
The decor of the cottage is quaint and original.
Spacious and comfortable, it consists of:

- a living room: sofa, comfort chairs, TV, dining area
- a kitchen open to the living room and overlooking the terrace
- a bathroom: shower, bathroom, wc
- a dressing room
- a very large private sunny terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture for outdoor dining.
Ideal for a couple and possibly with 1 or 2 small children.
A real cozy nest for nature lovers.

Arriving in SOUILLAC at the roundabout of the Atrium take the direction LACHAPELLE AUZAC (it is a very small street).
You walk along the fire station and turn and go to the left.
You come across a mini roundabout.
You take a right and again right on rue de TIMBERGUES (at the law office).
You pass under the viaduct and continue for about 300 meters.
You continue straight and you arrive on a small stop.
There you will see the house along the stream.
You walk along the house down to the small bridge.
The entrance gate and the private parking are on your left before the small bridge.
You will see it is very easy, but do not hesitate to call if you get lost.
