ON THE GROUND FLOOR

- THE BIG ROOM of 50 m² is peaceful and bright. Open to the garden.
- Inside these large stone walls, a large table for 8 people will allow you to gather with family or friends. The living room has two sofas, a television, and board games around a large fireplace. A large table football can be played with 2 or 4 players.

- THE KITCHEN is a direct extension of the living room or the dining area.

- THE ROOMS . Bed linen is provided for each rental: mattress protector, pillow protector, fitted sheet, duvet cover and duvet, pillows and pillowcases 60×60 and 50×70.
- Bedroom 1 – An electric relaxation bed for 2 people (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 – Two single beds (90 x 190 cm.) and (120×190)

UPSTAIRS
- Bedroom 3 – A bed for 2 people (140 x 190 cm.) air conditioning. Wooden cot (120×60)
- Bedroom 4 – A bed for 2 people (160 x 200 cm.) and a bed for 1 person (90 x 190 cm.). Large 26 m² room with lounge area, library and television. Fan.
- SHOWER ROOM with basin, shower, bidet and WC

THE GARDEN extends over 6000 m².
- Garden furniture, electric and charcoal barbecue, parasol are ready for a meal in the garden.
- Access to the river is secured by a chestnut fence.
- It is allowed to pilfer a few fruits: cherries, raspberries or figs… as one could do in the garden of one's ancestor!
- On the large lawn, children and adults alike can indulge in table tennis, badminton, mölkky or even pétanque.
Appropriate this warm and comfortable cottage to gather with family or group of friends.

In addition to Wifi, 4G reception is very good even inside the house. You can use your mobile phone as a modem to surf the internet or connect to the JBL Bluetooth speaker on site to listen to your favorite music or web radios.

You are ideally placed to:
• discover the cultural riches of the region, including the castle of Fougères, 15 km away, the castles of Cheverny and Chaumont-sur-Loire and BETWEEN THE ZOO OF BEAUVAL AND THE CHÂTEAU DE CHAMBORD, 30 km away.

• explore the region by bike as several CYCLING TOUR ROUTES pass in front of the garden gate with bike rental nearby.

• take a hot air balloon ride to fly over the castles, unless you prefer to watch the big balloons pass over the house from the garden.
