- if the owner is obliged to cancel the vacation rental due to regulatory provisions put in place by the State (health conditions, ban on rental, etc.)
This guarantee does not apply, however, to other reasons for impediment that the tenant may invoke.

Super, le gîte est très bien, conforme aux photos.
On a passé de très bonnes vacances. L'emplacement est au top, c'est très calme. On a eu tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances.

"Vacances au top"
Logement idéal pour notre semaine de vacances avc notre petit garçon. Calme et tout à proximité pour passer un excellent séjour. Seule petite remarque indépendante des propriétaires, difficultés à capter le réseau mobile.

Dans un cadre arboré avec goût , Nelly et Gilles vous reçoivent avec gentillesse et professionnalisme.
Le gîte comprend tout ce dont un vacancier qui aime son confort peut espérer. Un patio aménagé privatif clôt la visite. Proche des commerces et de la plage , tout se fait à pieds ou en vélo , la voiture reste au parking. Je recommande sans une hésitation.
