Located in the village center of the town of Ouzouer sur Loire, close to shops, between the Loire and the forest of Orleans, our cottage is ideal for tourism and leisure business.
It is reached by road:
By the A77 highway take the Gien exit then Orléans directions. The Cottage is located 400 m from the town center of Ouzouer sur Loire, on your right facing the street of Bel-air and 100 m before Intermarché.
From the A10 motorway, take the Orléans Nord Saran exit and then the ring road towards Nevers Montargis. Continue on the N60 towards Nevers Montargis until the Châteauneuf sur Loire exit towards Gien Nevers. You will find the D952 axis that you will follow for about 20 km.
The Cottage is located about 800 m from the entrance to the agglomeration on your left 100 m after Intermarché, facing the street Bel-air.
From the west (left bank of the Loire) take directions Sully sur Loire, you cross the Loire, at the exit of the bridge take the first exit of the roundabout direction Ouzouer sur Loire.
You follow the Loire on 9 km by the "lift" D119.

"très satisfaite"
J'y viens depuis 6 ans et me m'y sens trop bien. Propriètaires très sympas,auxptits soins. Ils nous accueuillent chaleureusement. Propreté des logements sans faille,on a l'impression de rentrer dans des logements neufs. Beaucoup d'aménagement positif pour nous facilité notre séjour qui est très agréable. Bravo et merci à tous les 2

Je suis ravie de mon séjour. Les propriètaires nous reçoivent chaleureusement. On ne manque de rien. Tout est parfait. Je recommande fortement,vous ne serez pas déçu.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce gîte. Hôtes bienveillants et très discrets, prenant soin de nous adresser par mail, avant notre arrivée les sites à visiter dans la région.

Séjour très agréable dans le Studio. Propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et très professionnels.
Le studio est très bien équipé, très propre. Il convient parfaitement pour un séjour professionnel ou touristique.
