This cottage is located in the town of NOYERS-SUR-CHER, near the river "CHER" and the Canal du Berry where fishing and walks are very popular, at a place called "Les Martinières", a very quiet hamlet at two kilometers from the town of Noyers and four kilometers from the capital of the canton of SAINT-AIGNAN-SUR-CHER

You will find a health center with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, specialists (depending on the day), a pharmacy, two bakers, butcher-charcutier, two tobacconists, two supermarkets (VIVAL and INTERMARCHÉ), several restaurants, bars, hairdressers... The market has place every Sunday morning on the square, where you can find all the regional products, as well as on Saturday in ST-AIGNAN, on Thursday in SELLES-SUR-CHER. In addition, pedestrian circuits exist as well as tennis courts, a carousel...

SAINT-AIGNAN-SUR-CHER has all the shops, swimming allowed in the Cher, you can visit its church and its crypt, access the inner courtyard of the Castle from which you will dominate the entire Cher valley.
You can also go on barge or canoe rides on the Cher, visit the Zoo de Beauval animal park, see the mushroom farms of Bourré and its underground city in the tufa, the magnanerie, the troglodytes, the Touraine aquarium and the mini- castles in Amboise, the animal park of Autrèche 8 km from Amboise and the zoological reserve of Haute Touche 57 km in Azay-le-Ferron

SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Possibility to rent them on site by requesting them in advance.

All lodgings are given clean, they must be maintained in the state.
