Large atypical village house from the 19th century, located in the heart of the Perche regional natural park, in the emblematic village of Moutiers-au-Perche. This house is classified furnished with 3 stars tourism. It is 1h30 from Paris

After having crisscrossed the many walks starting from the house (on foot, on horseback, by bike, by car, etc.), come and take a rest, with your feet in the water... in the bottom of the garden at the edge of the Corbionne, or Failing that, in cold weather, rejoice by a good fire.

You have a large living room of 32 m², a second lounge-library-bdtheque (for young and old) is available in the veranda of 20 m², it overlooks a lush garden.

Heating is included, you can also use the fireplace, for this purpose, a large basket filled with wood is provided to you during your stay.

There are 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed is on the ground floor, it has an adjoining bathroom. the second bathroom is upstairs, it is equipped with a spa shower. The beds are made upon your arrival. The rental of bath towels is an additional cost of 4 € per person.
Access to the river is secure, for your convenience a pontoon has been fitted out.
