On the first level, a very pleasant and bright living room with a large picture window which opens onto the furnished balcony terrace for your moments of relaxation.
A functional and very well equipped American kitchen with the full comfort of appliances.
A bedroom with a bed for 2 people and in an alcove, bunk beds for 2 children or young teenagers. A bathroom with wc.
From the living room, a staircase with security barriers at the bottom and at the top leads to the second level of the duplex which has a mezzanine living room with sofa-bed and a bedroom with a bed for 2 people.

Moliets allows you to relax in a soothing environment with its immense beach and the Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve.
For all nature lovers, it is a rare place in France which offers an oceanfront without constructions and which extends as far as the eye can see.
Festive events, day and night markets, craft or artistic exhibitions but also a large choice of sports activities: surfing, golf, tennis, cycling, walks, hikes ... and magnificent sunsets!

On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed with the presentation of the apartment and the handing over of the keys.
