Very beautiful place, ideal for discovering Annecy and its surroundings as well as the mountains and their ski resorts.
Living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed of 180, the other with 1 bed of 140), 1 mezzanine (2 beds of 90 which can be joined on request) with its full bathroom, 1 other room bathroom, 1 toilet, private parking, garden with barbecue, chairs, table, parasol, deckchairs and deck chairs.
To ensure a comfortable stay, this rental is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue sets, but also a hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen television, internet…
Plenty of storage space is available in the bedrooms and at the entrance. Beds are made on arrival, and bath linen is provided!

"Merveilleux"
Tout était merveilleux dans cet appart en plus de sa localisation parfaite dans un bel environnement calme et bien situé. L’arrivée s’est fait de manière très simple et tout était prêt pour notre arrivée. Nous avons reçu des réponses très rapides des propriétaires avant même notre arrivée et le guide qu’ils nous ont transmis était rempli d’informations fort utiles. L’appartement était exactement comme sur les photos. Tout était hyper propre et nous y avons trouvé toutes les commodités nécessaires pour notre séjour. Je recommande chaudement cet appartement et les autres gérés par ces propriétaires. Merci pour tout!
