The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 people.
It is located on the ground floor, at the back of the main house.
With its completely independent access, private life is assured.
The comfort of the cottage is located on a surface area of ± 60 m² and includes a pleasant living room, dining room, kitchen, lounge, where everything is present for vacationers.
We are in the middle of a region that is bubbling with life, with its festivals and celebrations: Saint-Mont Vineyards in celebration, Madiran Wine Festival, Marciac Jazz Festival, Tempo Latino in Vic-Fezensac, Country Festival in Mirande, Aignan y Toros, Easter Corrida in Aignan, Pentecost Fair in Vic-Fezensac, Nogaro Circuit, D'Artagnan Festival in Lupiac, Bandas Festival in Condom, Comic Strip Festival, Roman Galop, weekly local markets, etc.
The estate on 32 ha of preserved nature, is freely accessible to guests. With its rich fauna and flora, there are meadows, woods, the orchard, the vegetable garden, various species of orchids and views of the Pyrenees mountain range. You may even have the opportunity to meet some deer.
The 12 x 6 m swimming pool, bordered by a terrace, is available to guests.

- A deposit of 300 € is asked (gîte + remote control for gate) returned after verification of the state of the guest-house and it's equipment, within 14 days after the end of the stay)
- option : a set of towels, consisting of 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels pool can be obtained at 5 €. You fit the number of packages to the number of people.
- If you wish to bring a pet, please give us a call and we discuss what is possible (5€ per night)

Domaine Sainte Barthe is located not far from the center of Aignan on the D20 towards Plaisance: avenue des Pyrénées or route de Plaisance. After 4.5km from the start of this road, you will find a sharp bend on the left. There is a sign for Domaine Sainte Barthe in an alley on the left in this bend. Do not hesitate to take this small road and after 500m you will arrive at the automatic gate. The signs also indicate the route to follow.
