Large country house located in a protected perimeter remarkable site "Architecture and Heritage Development Area (AVAP)".
With the advice of the administrative services of Bâtiments de France, this farmhouse where parents and grandparents lived was very recently renovated while respecting its history (exposed stone on the walls, wooden windows and doors, small local tiles on the roof, terracotta tiles on the floor. The work is not entirely finished...
But this family house has a soul, a history of the agricultural world where it is good to live, in serenity, in the summer, meals taken under the shade of the lime trees, relaxing in the garden, fishing in the small garden. water, in winter in the comfort of a large living room with central heating.

Cottage on the farm with the presence of a rooster and his 4 hens. they bring joy to children and their parents. If you like fishing, don't forget your fishing equipment (roach, carp and a little frying in the small body of water - our fish love stale bread). We are in AMBOISE but in the countryside in a very quiet place a few meters from our vineyards.

Baby beds are installed upon request of families. This frees up space in the rooms if it is not needed.
All rooms are equipped with very comfortable Twin beds. Possibility of sleeping with 2 single beds or 1 double bed in each room (request when booking).
The two accommodations communicate internally if they are reserved by the same family.

Great comfort and a way of living, in a very calm environment, a few meters from our vineyard and our cellars. Walks in the vineyards (a few meters) or to the various remarkable sites of Amboise (1.5 km on foot for Clos Lucé or Chateau Gaillard, 2 km for Château d'Amboise...).

It can accommodate 14 people (the accommodation communicates from the inside) or independently 6-8 people for the Gite Sieur Elie, or 4-6 people for the Gite Dame Jeanne.
Combined with other gîtes in the same area (one kilometer radius) more than twenty-five people, families or friends can meet up... free private parking.
