The Gîte du Manoir is a charming independent house, very bright, with private garden, in the park of a 16th century manor.
ALL INCLUSIVE formula: beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
On the ground floor, you will have a wonderfully decorated living room with sofa and armchair, television, large dining table, storage unit with board games and tourist library.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, and integrates the WC.
The bright kitchen is equipped with a worktop, a round table, a gas stove with oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. -linen, and a nice storage space for your shopping.
You will also find 2 coffee machines (filter and Senseo), a kettle, a toaster and convivial appliances (raclette, pierrade, crepe maker).
In addition, there is a wide range of crockery and basic necessities.
Upstairs, you will have two beautiful bedrooms equipped with new bedding (hotel quality):
- a very bright turquoise blue master bedroom, with a 160 cm bed
- a bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90
Plenty of storage: large wardrobe on the landing, 2 chests of drawers, 2 bed drawers.
Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and parasol awaits you for your moments of relaxation or your barbecue desires.
You can also explore the small animal park located inside the property.
You will appreciate our location, close to Crozon, Huelgoat, Locronan, 10 minutes from the Menez Meur Animal Park, the characterful city of Faou, and Pleyben, renowned for its monumental Calvary.
In the surroundings, you have the possibility of practicing hiking (GR), cycling and mountain biking (spot of Nivot), fishing course, or the discovery of Breton heritage.
Otherwise, be aware that the fine sandy beaches of the Bay of Douarnenez are not far away!

In all circumstances, the deposit remains with the owner.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, the owner may request the balance of the price of the stay.
b) If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms or the gîte. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.

"Découverte du Finistère en moto."
Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans ce magnifique gîte. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Aude nous a présenté les excursions et les endroits à ne pas manquer et ce fut un régal de suivre ses conseils.
Le gîte est charmant et très bien équipé, rien ne manque au confort. L'endroit est calme, reposant. La localisation est parfaite pour randonner en étoile et découvrir cette superbe région. Adresse à garder absolument, je recommande.
