Perfect for a couple with 2 children, for a family stay by the sea; you will have the feeling of being "at home", since equipped with 2 flat screens (living room and bedroom), internet, WiFi, DVD-Blu Ray player, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven multifunction, hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils.

You enter directly into the kitchen equipped with plenty of storage space and open to the living room which includes a convertible corner sofa (140x190 Bultex), a coffee table and a sideboard; the living room gives access to the balcony with a view overlooking the marina, facing south, 2 chairs and 1 table for the small balcony are at your disposal.

The bedroom is equipped with an electric retractable bed (160x200 Bultex), a wardrobe and storage drawers and a small desk.
The bathroom includes a shower, a sink with mirror cabinet and electric blower towel dryer. The toilets are separate.

The Quai Henri IV runs along the marina from end to end; it is a lively and colorful neighborhood with its bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors; this district is open to the sea thanks to the creation of a dry port, nearby fish markets as well as the car ferry terminal.

A few steps away you will find shops, restaurants, bars, the city center, the SNCF station, cinemas, the market, the beach 100 meters away...
