Ideal to spend the weekend or more to decompress in love or family.
The house is simply furnished but comfortably.
It has a functional and fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area with TV.
In the morning, you can enjoy the bar for a coffee.
A warm lounge overlooking the garden and the Marne makes you want to relax. Books, board games, television, Hi-Fi, internet (fiber) WiFi are at your disposal. It has a sofa bed.
Bathroom with bath, separate wc.
On the first floor, you will discover an attic room that allows sleeping very comfortably 4 people (2 beds 2 places, 1 bed 1 place). A baby cot can be made available. Children's relaxation area.
Linen provided: sheets, towels, tea towels.
In the basement you will have access to the laundry, washing machine.
Central heating gas and electricity included.
