Close to shops, restaurants, the sea wall and the tourist office, our Studio du Parc is fitted out and designed to accommodate 2 people (possibility of accommodating a toddler with a cot). It is located on the 3rd floor and last floor without elevator of the building.

The accommodation is particularly well appointed and tastefully decorated, very bright thanks to its 2 windows with roller shutters, and its optimized bathroom.

This studio is furnished for 2 people (entrance, living space with living room and bedroom area with 140 bed, entrance with cupboard, small kitchenette and pretty optimized bathroom).

The accommodation includes a private parking space in the parking lot of the residence and is located on the 3rd floor without elevator of the building.

The kitchen has a kit for cooking with an induction hob, microwave, mini-oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment and a small table to sit for 2.

Sheets are provided on request for rental; a duvet and 2 pillows are at your disposal.

In the bathroom, 2 complete sets of towels per person and a basic necessity are at your disposal (shower gel, soap, etc.)

The geographical location is ideal, located 200 m from the sea with privileged access crossing the public garden for direct access to the dike and the sea.
Close to the shops of Saint-Aubin, the sea and its restaurants, the tennis club (50 m), the cinema and the Casino ... you can easily get around on foot to stroll and live to the rhythm of the sea and let yourself be carried away by this iodized disconnection bubble.
