A beautiful veranda welcomes the dining room where you will enjoy the 180° view of the one hectare land with our orchard, the dovecote, the Zodiac swimming pool and the surrounding nature.
To prepare your favorite dishes, you have a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
Next comes the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet followed by a beautiful corridor leading to two spacious bedrooms with wardrobe and wardrobe equipped with a 160x200 bed for one and 2 90x200 modular beds for the other.
An independent laundry area has been created with washing machines, dryers, drying racks, washing tub and everything needed for ironing.
In addition to the garden, there is a private courtyard at the front of the property where table, chairs, garden furniture and barbecue await you.
A Zodiac swimming pool is at your disposal to cool off from June 15 to September 15.
Adjoining gîte which can be connected to the Roudelous gîte of the same capacity.

"un goût de paradis"
Un grand et beau gîte, aménagé avec goût, rien ne manques. Un bel environnement au calme tout en étant très près de Thiviers où on trouve tous les commerces et services ainsi qu'un grand et beau marché le samedi matin. Les équipements de loisirs du gîte en extérieurs terrain de pétanque, piscine, table de tennis, balançoires et jeux d'enfants et les équipements intérieurs jeux de société adultes et enfants, billard américain, babyfoot, tout est fait pour des vacances parfaites en famille. Le parc entièrement clos et l'accueil des chiens sont un plus non négligeable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour,reçu par des hôtes charmant et accueillants. A conseiller sans réserve.

Gîte spacieux et agencé avec goût. Il est facile de s'y sentir rapidement à l'aise et détendu.
L'endroit est chaleureux à l'instar de l'accueil des propriétaires. A recommander en étant certains de faire des heureux.
