In winter, thanks to the proximity of Vercland gondola (100 m), the chalet is ideally located to enjoy the comfort "foot of the slopes": a few minutes are enough to be in the heart of the Grand Massif ski resort of Samoens, Morillon, Les Carroz, Six Fer à Cheval and Flaine (5th ski area in France with 265 km of slopes).

Please note that the amount paid for the booking will be treated as a deposit, and the commitment will be considered as definitive. The balance will then be due.
However, the owners will apply the following cancellation policy in the event of a booking cancellation by the renter:
• If the cancellation occurs at least 60 days before the arrival date, up to 100% of the deposit will be refunded;
• If the cancellation by the renter occurs between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, up to 50% of the deposit will be refunded;
• If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date and after the payment of the rental balance, no refund will be made.
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, if exit and/or travel restrictions are put in place by government, the down payment and the balance – if it has already been paid- will be refunded in full unless the lessee wishes to defer these sums for a later reservation to be agreed according to the sanitary situation and our availability.
