Bergerie entièrement rénovée

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans cette Bergerie. Le logement est climatisé, rénové et fonctionnel, et la piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus. Il y a de quoi profiter du soleil et de l'ombre faite par les cyprès.

Nos échanges avec les propriétaires et avec la personne sur place ont été très agréables.

Bien équipé, bien situé, au calme, idéal pour un groupe et la famille.

maison Tb située au calme , dans la verdure et à 5mn du village. Intérieur et extérieur Tb entretenus. La piscine est vraiment bien chauffée (à 30° si on la couvre bien). Le propriétaire parait un peu rigoureux mais est en réalité rêglo et très sympathique. A refaire

We stayed in the Bergerie for 1 week, along with another couple. We both have a girl of 5y old. This house was perfect for us.
It has 3 good size bedrooms , with comfortable beds and enough storage.
There was also a sofa bed on the ‘vide’ upstairs, that could be comfortably used, however with no privacy (everyone passes when coming in-out there bedrooms). We didn’t use that option.
We loved that it ‘s always cool upstairs with a well set airconditioning. (Also on the vide). The blinds keep the mosquitoes out. And they have electrical plugs too.
The house was cozy and big. Well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the American fridge / freezer with ice cube machine.
The pool was warm and had a great size. The lounges are easy to move and there’s enough shade in the garden. Plenty of space to play too. And very private as it is the last house of a dirt road.
We enjoyed the patio a lot! It’s directly outside the kitchen, which we found easy.
The local village is at a 5-10min walk from the house and the bakery too. The bakery is top notch with fresh baked bread throughout the day!
It’s a sleepy french little village, but with an active community and a lot of charm. It has at least 1 really good restaurant, and there are 2 bars at the market.
You should definitely try the pizza truck just off Brignol coming into Le Val from Thursday-Sunday!
The Var is our favorite area in France. We stayed in the area for 4 weeks in total throughout the years. There is plenty to see and do and everything is close by.
Maybe 1 idea for the owners: 2 housekeys would be ideal for a house of this size. However we did manage with just the one.
Everything was perfect for us!
We would definitely recommend this house, and would love to go there again.

Magnifique maison au calme avec tout le confort nécessaire. Un extérieur très bien agencé et très bien entretenu.
