Les suppléments ne sont pas automatiquement calculés dans le montant total de la réservation sur le site et doivent être réglés séparément directement auprès de l'établissement.

• We don't charge any general taxes.

• There will be an in-person check-in and an in-person check-out with the help of the Villa Manager.

• General check-in time is from 3:00 PM. However, you may check in earlier if the villa has already been cleaned and prepared. If we have guests leaving the villa on the same day as your arrival, the earliest possible check-in time will be from 3:00 PM, as we require sufficient time for cleaning and preparation.
Furthermore, please be informed that we will need to take passport copies upon arrival in order to complete the TM30 reporting for the Thai Immigration system. This is a government requirement.

• General check-out time is latest by 11:00 AM. However, you may check out later if the villa is not booked by new guests on the same day.

• Housekeeping, garbage collection, pool, and garden maintenance are included in the rental fee.

• Guest airport pick-up — one car/minivan only — (excluding airport transfer on departure) is included in the rental price.

• If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we will be happy to organize this for you (payment to be made directly to the service provider).

• If you require any additional services such as Thai cooking, babysitting, or massages, please let our Villa Manager know, and they will organize this for you (payment to be made directly to the service provider).

IMPORTANT
• Electricity will be charged separately based on usage, currently 8 THB per kilowatt-hour. This is common practice in private rental villas in Thailand.

IMPORTANT
• As usual, we charge a refundable security deposit to cover any potential damages. The security deposit is 1, 00 THB (or 300 EUR/USD) in cash, which must be handed over upon arrival at check-in. The Villa Manager will provide you with the property keys and explain how everything works in the villa. The full security deposit will be returned upon departure when the keys are handed back, provided no damages have occurred.

• NO NOISE, NO LOUD MUSIC, AND NO PARTIES IN THE VILLA, PLEASE.
While we want you to enjoy your time in the villa, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of others and our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10:00 PM, as families with children often stay in neighboring villas.

• NO SHOES INDOORS, PLEASE.

• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA ANYWHERE, PLEASE.
In case guests smoke inside the villa, we will retain the entire security deposit. We take this matter very seriously.

• NO CONSUMPTION OF CANNABIS / WEED / ANY DRUGS, PLEASE.
Drugs are strictly forbidden in and outside the villa. If we find guests smoking cannabis or consuming any drugs, we will retain the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

• AT CHECK-OUT:
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET to sign out of all your personal accounts (Google, Yahoo, etc.) and streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc.) that you may have used on the villa devices during your stay, before leaving the villa. You would not want future guests to have access to your accounts.
